Position
We have a position of Manager Recruitment.
Responsibilities (Recruitment, Selection, Executives Search, Headhunting)
Supervise and Manage complete recruitment process for the organization. In addition, responsible for managing screening, short-listing, scheduling tests, interviews, assessment sessions and other inter-related recruitment procedures.
Responsible for Organization Design & Structuring, Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Recruitment.
Developed Recruitment Policies and Procedures and ensure its uniform implementation throughout the organization.
Assure availability of high caliber Human Resource by maintaining quality manpower data bank and establishing contacts with the industry’s personnel outside the company and manage timely induction.
Facilitate in the development of Job Descriptions and Position Specifications for various benchmark positions.
Worked on, Implementation of a Performance Management System in the organization to reduce subjectivity and to increase objectivity in results and evaluations.
Administer individual career and succession plans to ensure availability of qualified backups for critical positions in the organization.
Facilitate and conduct soft skills Training and Development programs for various levels of management.
Organize and conduct Corporate Orientation and awareness Progarmmes for University Placement Officers and Students for available opportunities, Image Building Activity, Community Relationship Programme, and Career Counseling Sessions for University Students.
Maintain system wide status of daily, weekly and monthly activity reports to ensure tracking of work procedures and resources used. Supervise hiring process of Support staff level, ensuring the initial documentation and their completion.

Education
MBA HRM from a reputed institute.
Experience
5 to 8 years of (Head Hunting, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.)
