JOB RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY :
- Responsible for planning, designing, developing and executing test suites including manual, automated, and data-driven regression testing, GUI testing, performance and stress testing, and reliability and recovery testing.
- Collaborates with the client/Team Leader/Project Manager to ensure understanding of business requirements.
- Collaborate with QA team to maximize use of available resources.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a formal QA program including Quality Policies, Procedures and Test Plans.
- Deliverables include High Level and Detailed Test Plans, Test Case Metrics, Bug Report and Sign-off sheets for each release.
- Lead and train QA Engineers/Tester.
- Responsible for guiding QA personnel regarding test cases and expected test results, and in implementing new testing tools and methodologies.
Job Specifications
Qualification:
At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
Prefer to have
Quality Assurance Certification.
Skills
Minimum two years of experience as a software test engineer.
Comfortable with reporting tools.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Hambra follows a strict interview process including testing on the above mentioned requirements.
